2 Dragon Easel Card!!! Soo Cute!

Good Day Chickies

Still enjoying the bank holiday here in England, although it is the last day, I also have Tuesday off!

Here is a card I made for fun, using the two new magnolia dragon stamps, I simply adore them, they look soo soo cute together!

They are Edwin with Teo the dragon and Tilda with Dexter the dragon, both equally adorable.

All Characters are coloured with copics and took a long time, to colour all four, great fun!!!!

I have used some spellbinders frames as the basis of the card and add some nice detail. I also used three matching floral die cuts.

Both papers are Pion Summer Basics, which are having a bit of a revival in my craft room lately, he he!

Have a fab week and happy crafting.

Totally Gorjuss Challenge - This Week Its Lace!

Hello my lovelies,

Well, do I have some exciting news for you today!

I was lucky to have been selected from the DT call at Totally Gorjuss and I am thrilled to bits to have been chosen!!!!

So here is my very first card for Totally Gorjuss and the theme this week is Lace. How easy is that!

Come Along and play along at Totally Gorjuss Challenge today, you have a whole week to make your beautiful card featuring some scrummy lace.

This is Jules and she is of course a beautiful saturated canary image. I know she is a vintage girl, but I just love her and have not had the opportunity to use her before.

The lovely flowers are from my own goodies, I also made two hand made pins, the papers are Maja from the spring basics collection.
I coloured her with a combination of Copics and Prisma Pencils, using the low odour solvent technique.

Thank you for stopping by.

Have a fabulous sunny day.

Tilda with Lace Pants, Masked with Tilda and Channel the puppy

Hello
Well, thank goodness its Friday and my weekend is free to do some crafting!!!

Its lovely here in my part of England, we are having alot of sunshine today and with a warm breeze!

I have been in my garden, planting up herbs for the summer, I've got lots of different food plants growing and this weather is great for them Hee hee!

Onto my card, I have masked Tilda with lace pants and Tilda with Channel the puppy, lets face it, who doesnt like puppies???

Both the Bunting and the frame around Tildas are cut from the same triple embossed card, I have also frantaged around the image.

All three papers are from L&L Crafts and are of course Maja Design, I also die cut two little tags, one from the same maja papers and one from bazzil card stock.
The little butterflies are elements from maja papers too!

The Lovely Florals are a mix from the ribbon girl, L&L Crafts and some of my own goodies!

The little green hat pin, I made myself and the beautiful ribbon bow with the blingy center is from L&L Crafts too.

Thanks for stopping by and have a fab weekend!

Tilda with Elsie the Lamb

Hello Everyone,

We are enjoying a bank holiday here in England and my new set of Magnolia stamps arrived just in time, to give me an extra day to craft.

This card was a bit of a challenge as it is definately not my usual style of card that I make, but I wanted to try something different. So no large roses, daisies, hat pins, pink, so wrapped up doohickey or lace. This is about as close to a CAS card that I will ever make!

So I have masked Tilda with Elsie the lamb and the new Summer Hill background, together.

I have coloured the whole image with Copics.

I adore these double layer frames, I have also created a dotty blue sky.

You can see in this photo, that I have used three layers of Pion papers, I didn't want to cover up the beautiful floral design, which is perfect for this card. I also used colour core card to break up some of the layers and added the same around the sentiment.
The large die cut doilie is spellbinders.

I haven't used rolled up roses for a long time, but they suit the colour scheme and I made the smallest one myself.
The frantaged dove at the top of the image also matches nicely, I think I used Antique Beige?  It has antiqued it lovely.
Anyway I hope that you like my attempt at something different.

Enjoy the bank holiday weekend.
